​Driven by passion as an entrepreneur, inventor, and now CEO/Founder of Infinite Potential Ltd Liability Co, I have found my greatest inventions are those that create STEM career workforce pipeline programs for our African American and Latino Youth. My inventions in Nanotechnology are used internationally in Belgium and Malaysia and nationally in Tualatin, Oregon, and Fremont, California. Those now pale in comparison to service to our next generation of STEM professionals. Having served 40 years in the Silicon Valley, including 4 years of Active-Duty Service in the United States Navy, as an Aviation Avionics Electronics Technician, and 36 years in the Semiconductor industry, my passions have led to the servicing of our black and brown youth by creating STEM workforce pipeline programming. The past 36 years career path journeyed me through approximately 14 different Semiconductor Companies as an Ultra-High Vacuum Final Test Engineering Technician and Sr. Field Service Engineer instructing Scientists, Engineers, and Microscopists on the use of Scanning and Transmission Electron Microscopes (SEM & TEM), and various Metrology Fab Wafer Manufacturing Equipment. In October of 2022, I separated from Lam Research Corp, Fremont, CA., “a Fortune 500 Company and Semi-Conductor Leader,” after serving there for 11 years as the Senior Master Engineering Technician/Inventor in our Core Metrology Team, to focus on serving our community through my New Start-Up – INFINITE POTENTIAL.
