Adeniran Koko, Ph.D., MBA.

​Board Chair​ and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Koko is a consultant and scientist who helps healthcare organizations improve their performance and organizational culture. Before his current role as a consultant, Dr. Koko spent over 20 years in various roles of increasing importance in the healthcare and financial industries. Dr. Koko has a PhD in psychology, an MBA with a specialization in healthcare administration, and an MSc in microbiology. He is also a Board-certified clinical laboratory scientist (CLS) and an American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)-certified medical laboratory scientist (MLS). Dr. Koko is also a certified project manager (PMP-PMI), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (LBBP), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC-ICF). When he is not consulting or working in the lab, Dr. Koko enjoys helping people and organizations through his private coaching psychology practice in California.

Francis Onelum

Board Vice Chair

Francis Onelum is the founder and President of the African Artists' Association, a nonprofit organization that supports the development of actors, filmmakers, and industry professionals from all corners of the diaspora living and working in Hollywood. He also runs Q4 Entertainment Management where he manages talent and helps them build their careers in television and film. Francis has been a pillar in Los Angeles's entertainment market for close to 20 years, always motivated by his desire to bring real diversity to every aspect of media and entertainment. He has an extensive and wide reaching network, the result of his commitment to getting to know everyone he works with; and maintaining strong connections with his colleagues in marketing and advertising, which provide his clients with successful cross-media promotions and expertise. Francis is dedicated to building genuine relationships, providing space for impactful stories to be shared, and helping everyone he meets find their voice in the industry.

Obioha Chijioke

Board Secretary

Obioha Chijioke is a first-generation Nigerian American who grew up in The Bronx, NY. He graduated from Cornell University in 2024 with a B.A. in Information Science, concentrating in Ethics, Law, and Policy. Now based in New York City, Obioha is an aspiring JD/MBA building a career at the intersection of business and law. He has a record of community leadership that began during his time at Cornell, and has gained early professional experience across top private and public institutions. Obioha has been involved with the NAPAC Foundation since 2025, first serving on its Scholarship Committee and now helping to build the Speak Now Initiative. He is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and dedicated to advancing academic and economic opportunity.

Samuel Omolewu

​Board Member and Chief Operating Officer

Samuel Omolewu, CFA, is a Global Finance Director at Capital Group (CG). In this role, he leads the Financial Service Teams that provide analytical and decision support towards the annual business and financial planning process, as well as the efforts to integrate and deliver digital finance capabilities to CG’s investment, client, and operating groups. Mr. Omolewu brings more than 20 years of professional experience across missions and applications, spanning from research and development to operations. Prior to Capital Group, he was a Finance Director for Vanguard’s front, middle, and back office investment functions and a consultant within Accenture’s Operations practice. In these roles, he led initiatives to enhance performance and cost-efficiencies through technology and outsourcing solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as a systems engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency, leading government and commercial teams through the acquisition, development, and deployment of signal intelligence solutions for clandestine operations. Also, he was a manufacturing engineer within Corning Inc.’s fiber-optic operations. Mr. Omolewu graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and earned his M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles.​

Stan Mukoro

Board Member

Stan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Muxeum Limited, with experience in high-volume, dynamic purchasing environments. Dedicated to exceeding expectations and bringing exceptional business results, he is a self-directed purchasing individual with nearly 30 years of demonstrated success in senior management, procurement, and sales. He has unsurpassed problem-solving, planning, and team-building abilities and is dedicated to maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all areas.

Tomisin Akinyemi

Treasurer

Oluwatomisin Akinyemi, affectionately called Tomisin, is a next gen Nigerian-American leader and innovator, driving equity in technological development. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020, Tomisin has worked tech product development for 5 years. Oluwatomisin has been involved with NAPAC Foundation since 2021, serving on their Scholarship program and the Speak Now Africa initiative and brings an extensive experience and unwavering commitment to empowering Nigerian-Americans and other minorities.

Biola Macaulay

Board Member

Biola Macaulay is a first-generation Nigerian American who immigrated to the US with her parents when she was one year old. After growing up in California, she graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in International Relations in 2016 and a J.D. in 2019. Now based in Washington, DC, Biola is a corporate lawyer who works on white collar defense and internal investigations. She also has a robust pro bono practice focusing on criminal justice and voting rights matters. Biola has been involved with NAPAC Foundation since 2023, serving on the Scholarship Committee and participating in the Speak Now Initiative. She is passionate about empowering and uplifting her community and those of other minorities.

Margaret Modupe Olaiya

Advisory Council

Ms. Margaret Modupe Olaiya is a senior executive leader and administrator at the County of Santa Clara, California, where she oversees the county’s financial, investment, and public finance, property tax administration, official records, and vital records services for the county and its residents. Ms. Olaiya is passionate about the legacy the next generations inherit from the present and has dedicated herself to service and support through mentoring, financial support, and championing causes that elevate and transform our future leaders and citizens of the world. Ms. Olaiya received her BA in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 1989, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the London South Bank University, UK, in 2002. Ms. Olaiya is an optimist and a changemaker. She is constantly learning and loves to expand her mind through travel and learning new languages and cultures. She loves spending time with her family and friends.​

Mrs. Yetunde Omilana, MSc

Executive Director

Mrs. Yetunde Omilana, fondly called Yeti Omilana, is a business owner, administrator, and community influencer. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria, in 1992, and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from California State Polytechnic, Pomona, California, in 1997. She worked as a Water Resources Control Engineer with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Colorado River Basin Region, for 5 years before going into business with her husband, forming Pathway Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Yeti is currently the Administrative Director of Pathway Pharmaceuticals Inc., a group that includes multiple pharmacies and businesses in the Palm Springs area of California. Yeti and her husband, Yemi, have been patrons of NAPAC since its inception in 2011. Yeti is a Jesus fan first, her husband’s fan second, and her three children’s greatest fan In her free time, one can often find Yeti serving her community, watching her favorite sports teams on TV, reading, or spending quality time with family and friends.
